There are 3 adults in my household. We each own one of these toothbrushes. I bought them more than 3 years ago. We’ve never had a problem with them and they still work well today.
Abyssmal
First one would not charge after initial charge. Returned and was told I could have a replacement only. Happily accepted in good faith only to find that the second one was exactly the same. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Local store will not give refund. Said its not their policy! I am expected to just keep returning and getting replacements!
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Pretty rubbish
I have four of these. Two have stopped working completely, though they were fine for quite a while. On another, the blue coating on the handle has become liquified and sticky to the touch, and is now peeling off. It feels and looks extremely unhygienic. The heads on this toothbrush also regularly come loose from the rotating shaft. The fourth toothbrush of this type that I own hasn’t had any mechanical issues, but it’s owned by the child who refuses to use it to clean his teeth. The handle went mouldy in the cupboard and I had to throw it away. I wouldn’t recommend these.

Impossible to remove from packaging
I have not even used it yet but it was a nightmare to get out of the packet. So tightly, vacuum-packed that a knife would not pierce it. 3 pairs of scissors later and badly scratched hands and I broke into it.
There is no need for such excessive packaging.
No replacement brushes.
Works fine. BUT can’t buy replacement brushes online or in store where I got the toothbrush.
The light blue outer rubber casing has perished.
The light blue rubber casing on the shaft has become soft and glue like and it has perished, it looks terrible and I’m sure it is no longer hygienic. This is a shame because the brush itself charges well and holds its charge but is let down by this shoddy rubber coating.
I bought the toothbrush due to its Uniqueness
This is the best quality , I like the ease to brush with , the way it glides up and down taking away all dirt .. it’s awesome

2ND ONE BOUGHT FROM TESCO AND BOTH HAVE STOPT WORKING FOR NO REASONBUT DUE TO ME NOT KEEPING BOX AND REICEPTS I CANT RETURN IT1ST ONE I WAS THAT MAD ABOUT IT I JUST THREW IT AWAY BUYING ANY THING ELECTRICALFROM TESCO I WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANY BODY
